Scrappy Boxing
Ages 5-7yo
This Monday and Thursday class meets to help your energetic boxer learn their core basics while mixing in some boxing technique. This class teaches coordination, following directions, confidence building, the boxing stance and footwork, and builds up to knowing multiple punch combo and techniques
Competition Boxer
Ages 8+
This five day a week program is designed for your boxer to take the next step and jump in the ring. This boxer knows the basics of boxing and is ready to learn strategies for all levels of competition. This class involves, sparring, advanced drills, and in depth sports specific strength training
Prospect Boxers
Ages 8-13yo
This Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday class meets with the goal to increase your boxer’s skill in the sport. Along with learning the basics in boxing, this class also helps with confidence building, following a routine, knowing multiple punch combos, and builds up to knowing how to use these techniques in a boxing ring
Early Morning Boxing
Ages 14+
This Monday, Wednesday, and Friday class meets early in the morning with the goal to increase the boxer’s skill in the sport. Along with learning the basics of boxing, this class also helps with confidence building, following multi-step directions in footwork techniques, knowing multiple punch combos, and partner drills that could be used as practice for the boxing ring
Phenom Boxers
Ages 14+
This Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday class meets with the goal to increase the boxer’s skill in the sport. Along with learning the basics of boxing, this class also helps with confidence building, following multi-step directions in footwork techniques, knowing multiple punch combos, and partner drills that could be used as practice for the boxing ring
Women’s Boxing
Ages 14+
This Tuesday and Thursday afternoon class meets with the goal to increase the boxer’s skill in the sport. Along with learning the basics of boxing, this class also helps with confidence building, following multi-step directions in footwork techniques, knowing multiple punch combos, and partner drills that could be used as practice for the boxing ring

Coach Taylor
FOUNDER/HEAD COACH
Coach Taylor has a passion for boxing, fitness, and mentorship. He is dedicated to helping everyone around him build confidence, discipline, and strength through the art of boxing. Although Coach Taylor has spent years of his life around the sport, he continues to grow in knowledge everyday to ensure each boxer leaves better than he came in.

Coach Quisha
MANAGER/ASSISTANT COACH
Coach Quisha became fascinated with the sport and quickly began learning the ins and outs of boxing. She has furthered her education and has the credentials to not only coach, but also referee inside the ring and judge outside the ring. This skill helps her know what to look for in training down to the smallest details.

ASSISTANT COACH
Coach Neil is a USA Boxing certified coach whose journey in the sport has been shaped by the mentorship and tutelage of Coach Taylor where he has honed his technical expertise and discovered a passion for coaching. Through fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for athletes to learn and grow, Neil is committed to helping each athlete physically and mentally develop to meet their personal goals and unlock their full potential.
