Morning Boxing: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 5:30am & 8:30am

Scrappy Boxing: Ages 5-7 Monday, Tuesday or Thursday at 4pm

Youth Boxing: Ages 8-13yo Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 4:30pm

Boxing Club: Ages 14+ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 5:15pm

Strength Training: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30am and 1:30pm

Competition Boxing Club: Wednesday and Friday at 4pm

Open gym: Saturday 10:30am-1pm ( if we are not away at competition, sparring etc.)

Film Study: Friday 3:30

Open for personal training, boxing lessons, and body tempering daily. Call to schedule.
